Episode 56 - Creative Weddings Byron Bay

Welcome to Episode 56 of the Wed Co Podcast. In this episode we sit down with Kiera from Creative Weddings Byron Bay, A dedicated wedding planner shares their insights, from designing seamless celebrations to overcoming challenges and bringing dream weddings to life.

CREATIVE WEDDINGS BYRON BAY

Planning a wedding isn’t just about timelines and checklists—it’s about creating a celebration that actually feels like you. That’s what I do. I help couples take their ideas, inspiration, and Pinterest chaos and turn it into something that’s deeply personal, beautifully styled, and logistically sound.

I’ve been planning weddings in Byron Bay since 2012, and after hundreds of weddings, one thing remains true—no two couples are the same, so no two weddings should be either. I’m all about designing experiences that are layered, meaningful and totally unique to each couple I work with.

I work with a lot of busy professionals and couples planning from interstate or overseas. They don’t have the time or headspace to figure out how to pull off a wedding in Byron—but they do know they want it to be seamless and special. That’s where I come in.

I take on the planning, styling, communication and coordination side of things so my couples can actually enjoy the experience, instead of being buried in it. When it comes to styling, I’m driven by feeling over formality. I love natural textures, refined touches, unexpected ideas—and I always want your wedding to feel like you, not like a Pinterest copy.

I collaborate with Byron’s best suppliers and have great working relationships with the region’s top venues, which makes pulling everything together that much easier. The truth is, I’m not here to follow a formula. I’m here to make this one of the most fun and stress-free seasons of your life.

I get to know you, understand what matters to you, and help you navigate all the big and little decisions with clarity and confidence. I’ll be the one answering your emails, sending the spreadsheets, pulling the mood boards, calming the nerves and hyping you up when it all starts to come together. If you’re after a wedding that feels effortless, looks incredible, and is deeply aligned with who you are—I’ve got you. Let’s do this.
